Food Safety Audits

Food safety audits are your kitchen's best, most effective means to keep your green placard, prevent foodborne illnesses and stay in business!  We offer three types of audits on varying schedules to help you choose the option that is best for you.

One Time Audit

This is a single 150 point audit to get you up and running before your first health department visit, or to allow for a status check on your current situation.  This audit will take a minimum of 2 hours and will result in a written document with photos, as well as in the moment coaching for critical violations.  

Quarterly Audits  

This is a recurring 150 point audit, scheduled as an unannounced audit.  We will arrive, check in with management and begin our audit, just like your health inspectors.  This audit will take a minimum of 2 hours and will result in a written document with photos, as well as in the moment coaching for critical violations.  4 audits will be completed in a calendar year. 

Monthly Audits

This is a recurring 150 point audit, scheduled as an unannounced monthly audit.  We will arrive, check in with management and begin our audit, just like your health inspectors.  This audit will take a minimum of 2 hours and will result in a written document with photos, as well as in the moment coaching for critical violations.  12 audits will be completed in a calendar year.
