ServSafe™ Manager Training (8 hour)
The ServSafe™ Manager training is an 8 hour training that covers the major concepts covered on the ServSafe™ exam. The training covers topics like: FATTOM, cooking temperatures, pest control, and much more. Training is completed with a short review of the core concepts, and the 2 hour ServSafe™ exam.
ServSafe™ FoodHandler Training
The FoodHandler course is a 3 hour course designed by to teach, front of the house staff, line cooks, and stewards about the importance of food safety and their role.
We also offer an online version, that your staff can take on site, without us. They'll receive the same certification as if we were there.
ServSafe™ Manager Online
We offer professional proctoring for the ServSafe™ online exam. This is a 2.5 hour session, where 2 hours is allotted to the exam, and 30 minutes is for set up and wrap up of the exam. Results are instantly available for all participants.
ServSafe™ Manager Training (2 Day)
The ServSafe™ Manager training is an 2 day (each day is 8 hours) training that covers the major concepts covered on the ServSafe™ exam. We space out this training to afford ourselves the time to go in depth and allow for more a few activities to help with retention & comprehension. Training is completed with a short review of the core concepts, and the 2 hour ServSafe™ exam, on the second day.
ServSafe™ Allergen Training
With the growing number of allergens in the US, allergen training is becoming incredibly important for culinary & hospitality staff. The ServSafe™ Allergen course is a hybrid course, done both online and completed in person, is the perfect solution to educate your staff on the details of allergies & how to prevent an allergen emergency
ServSafe™ Alcohol Training
Alcohol safety is the leading prevention of over service and the perils of over-serving guests in your establishment. The ServSafe Alcohol training & certification is a 5 hour training that covers topics such as: BAC, ID checking, Behavioral Cues, Intoxication Rate, and more.
TiPS Alcohol Safety Training
TiPS is the leading facilitator for alcohol safety training in the US. We proudly offer a 5 hour training to dive deep into the key concepts that lead to the safe sale of alcohol in your establishment. This is a one day, 5 hour training, that concludes with a 40 question certification exam.
Why do some people need more motivation and others need less? Have you found your staff just doesn't listen to you, or "like the way you speak" to them? EQ is the key to solving this mystery. We use emotional intelligence (EQ) to direct each staff, and help to bring a better awareness of those around us, via the impact of their words and choices.
First Aid + CPR + AED Training
The American Red Cross core training on First Aid, CPR + AED Training is used to certify your staff. We offer a variety of training schedules from hybrid (online+in person, 4 hours) to, a 100% hands-on in person training (16 hours)
