Food Safety Audits
Ai Kahu offers a 150 point food safety audit that will get your establishment Health Department ready, and keep you there. Audits can be scheduled as a one time audit or on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly).

For over 15 years we've owned and operated a catering business from Los Angeles to Hawai'i and beyond. Our catering department can handle functions from 1 to 200! We serve over 20 private clients as a personal chef, for whom we cook everything from weekly meal preps, to monthly dinner parties.
