The ServSafe Manager Training & Exam is a full day training covering the most important concepts of food safety and the ServSafe Manager exam. It is important that participants are registered a minimum of 2 weeks before the date of the exam, to give each person ample time to review the course book and prepare any questions or topics they may need clarification on to help them successfully retain and pass the 90 question multiple-choice exam.
